7. Strategies
The way we sequence and order internal processing activities based on our 5 senses, leading us to different behavioural outcomes.
8. Logical Levels
Each unique individual has a unique structure for cataloguing and sorting the world around them, creating their own "maps of the world" and hierarchies of values.
9. The Meta Model
A linguistic tool that helps us understand our own and others' thinking patterns, in relation to the deletions, distortions and generalisations made in everyday life, helping us to recover missing information, expand the limits of our thinking, thus increasing our choices and challenge any incomplete logic in our basic assumptions.
10. Introduction to Hypnotic Patterning
Introducing the use of ambiguous, indirect language to help people access altered states of trance and utilise unconscious processing capabilities.
11. Perceptual Positions
Developing un understanding od three different positions of perception of ourselves, most especially a "clean third", assisting us to understand ourselves better in the context of interactions with others.
12. Choosing Emotional States
"The Keys to Emotional Freedom" as described by Frank Pucelik (the third man in NLP), practical exercises are undertaken to enable individuals to practice accessing six specific emotional states.
13. Anchoring
A process of creating a specific trigger for a specific emotional state, which can be Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic or any combination thereof.
14. The Milton Model
A series of 24 language patterns that establish unconscious communication channels, involving verbal and non-verbal communiction components.

The 3 day Core Skills  workshop culminates in an extraordinary day of Trance-formation and Simple Hypnotic inductions.

Utilisation of an individual's own unconscious to generate behavioural choices and alternatives.

16. The Verbal Package
